Instructions

Step 1
1. Bloom the yeast ( warm water with yeast and sugar ) for 10 minutes. * if water is too hot it will kill the yeast.

In the kitchen aid mixing bowl add the rest of the ingredients. Attach the needing hook. After the yeast is done blooming add it to the mixture. Knee the dough on 4 speed for 8 minutes.

Keep the dough in the bowl and oil both. Cover and let it rise in warm place for an hour or till it doubled in size.

Grab a frying pin with flat bottom. Set to low-med heat. Add clarified butter (Ghee) to pan, be generous with ghee. Add the Naan dough, flip when many bubbles form and edges are lightly brown ( about a minute each side).
