Instructions

Step 1
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
This will take a few minutes.
Step 5
If the mixture is not coming together, add a dash of extra water.
Step 6
Use a slightly wet spatula to scrape the batter into the lined tin.
Step 7
Sprinkle the raw peanuts and dark choc chunks on top and then use your hands to press the mixture firmly into the corners of the tin.
Step 8
Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Slice and serve.
Step 10
Keep stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Step 11
Line the container with baking paper to ensure the bars don't stick to the container.
