You may use any type of lamb, but the bigger the pieces, the longer they need to bake for.
And serve with vegetables and rice/mash etc.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce and garlic in a dish, mix well. Add lamb and cover.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or over night.
Turn several times.
Step 2
Place flour in a dish and add the lamb pieces one by one and cover with flour.
Step 3
Then dip in an egg and milk mixture, and then coat with breadcrumbs
Step 4
Brush oven tray with oil and place lamb pieces on tray in a single layer.
Step 5
Bake cutlets 15 minutes, then turn and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
