Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Combine egg, milk and oil.
Step 3
Add to dry ingredients. Mix well with a whisk.

Spoon or pour batter onto hot oiled griddle. Turn pancakes when edges start to bubble.
Step 5
Serve with real maple syrup (or honey, jam, agave syrup, powdered sugar...or whatever other yummy topping you can think of).
