Instructions

Step 1
Shred all cheeses, toss in bowl gently to blend. Set aside. Cook pasta as directed. Set aside in colander to drain. In pasta pot over medium heat, add butter and melt, add flour and make a paste, then add evaporated milk, whisking constantly until hot, do not boil it. Reduce heat to medium low. Add 1 cup milk and heat, add seasoning spices, whisking thoroughly, add another cup milk and whisk until hot. Slowly add all but 1.5 cups cheese and whisk until blended well and melted. Turn off heat. Stir in pasta and mix well. Spray lasagna pan and pour pasta cheese mixture in pan. Tip with remaining cheese blend. Bake uncovered until browned and bubbly (30mins). Let cool for 5-10 min before serving. 😎
