1 Tbspchili flakes

2 tspginger

3 Tbspgarlic

1 cuporange juice

1 cupsugar

1 cupbrown sugar

4 Tbspsoy sauce

1 cupwhite vinegar

Instructions
Step 1
Add the vegetable oil to a pan and heat. Add sauce ingredients one at a time (in the order listed in the ingredients) while stirring. Leave vinegar for last so it does not "Burn off" or evaporate (big flavor). Slurry goes last! Stir until sauce thickens a bit.
