Instructions
Step 1
Combine stock, cream, 8 oz parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and 1 tbsp each (garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano) in your crockpot.
Step 2
Generously season the chicken to your liking and place it atop the mixture.
Step 3
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. *Adjust accordingly to your particular crockpot
Step 4
Remove and rest your chicken.
Step 5
Stir your sauce gently and add the al dente pasta.
Step 6
Cover again and allow to cook an additional 10 minutes on high.
Step 7
Serve topped with parsley and fresh parmesan.
