Instructions
Step 1
Chop: ginger, garlic, chicken, broccoli, spicy salami
Marinate: chicken with oil and ginger
Step 2
Fry onion and garlic. Then add chicken with ginger. Fry for couple of minutes, add broth and let simmer (10min).
Step 3
Add broccoli and wait. In parallel prepare cous cous in hot water and when ready, add it to the mix
Step 4
After everything is done, fry the salami (1-2 min) and I add it in the mix.
