Instructions
Step 1
Gather all the ingredients, preferably organic: sweetened condensed coconut milk, plant-based milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla or almond extract, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and powdered espresso.
Step 2
If you have a high-speed cooking blender like myself, you can add all the ingredients in your cooking blender and set it to the alternative milk setting.
Step 3
If you don't have a high-speed cooking blender like the Pampered Chef's Deluxe Cooking Blender, you can add all the ingredients into a saucepan on medium-high heat for about five minutes, occasionally whisking until the sweetened condensed coconut milk dissolves.
Step 4
After you've cooked the contents, transfer the Pumpkin Spice Creamer to a 32 oz. glass milk container and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-4 weeks.
