3 celery Stalks
Instructions
Step 1
In wok or pan place 1.5 tbsp oil and add garlic and shallots
Step 2
Turn on heat to medium-low heat and cook garlic and shallots about 1-3 minutes
Step 3
Add carrots, celery, green onion and cook about 5 minutes
Step 4
Add some soy sauce and stir
Step 5
Add rice to pan and a little splash of sesame oil
Step 6
Stir for 1 minute
Step 7
Add eggs and mix together while the egg cooks
Step 8
Sprinkle pepper in and stir
Step 9
Plate and serve
