best to use day old leftover rice that’s been stored in the fridge
2 Tbspvegetables oil
0.5yellow onions
minced
2eggs
1 cupmixed vegetables

Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a large wok or pan on high heat
Step 2
Add 1 Tbsp vegetables oil
Step 3
Add in the raw proteins, sauté for a couple minutes, remove and set aside
Step 4
Crack eggs into a bowl, lightly whisk then add to pan and cook for about 30 seconds. Remove and set aside
Step 5
In the same wok or pan, add 1 tbsp vegetables oil
Step 6
Add minced yellow onions, sautéed for a couple minutes
Step 7
Add rice, stir for a couple minutes
Step 8
Add in mixed vegetables, stir for a minute
Step 9
Add in the all the proteins. Shrimp, chinese sausage, Vietnamese ham etc
Step 10
Stir sauce bowl well then add in
Step 11
Stir until sauce is all well combined into the rice for about 5 minutes
Step 12
Serve!
