Step 1
Place a non-stick pan on high heat
Step 2
Add soya chunks, broccoli, 1/2 cup water and cover for 6 mins
Step 3
Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and toss/ mix
Step 4
Add red bell pepper, 1/4 cup water and cover for 2 mins
Step 5
Add dried red chilies to grinder and grind until fine
Step 6
Add peanuts into grinder with chillies and grind 10 pulses
Step 7
Add ground chillies and peanuts to pan with 1/2 cup water, toss/ mix for 2 mins
Step 8
Add 1/2 tsp cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir until dissolved
Step 9
Add corn starch slurry to pan, remove from heat and mix until sauce thickens
