Instructions

Step 1
Bring a medium saucepan half-filled with water to simmer. Add your lentils and cook until tender (15-20 mins).
Step 2
Chop your tomatoes and basil. Add do a large bowl with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, balsamic, and feta.
Step 3
Add the lentils to the bruschetta mixture. Serve with chips!
