Ingredients

1onion

4garlic cloves

1 x 28 ouncecanned whole tomatoes
can
½ tspdried chili flakes
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
2 x 15 ozcans white beans
drained and rinsed
2 ½ cupsmozzarella
olives
chopped
Giardiniera
Italian pickled vegetables, chopped
salt
pepper
to taste
Parmesan cheese
fresh basil
fresh parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
(Preheat oven to 400°) Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add canned tomatoes, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning (make sure to mash the tomatoes) and add beans.
Step 3
Cook until sauce thickens and flavors meld ~20 mins
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese, olives and giardiniera.
Step 5
Bake for 10 mins
Step 6
Garnish with parm, basil and parsley.
