Instructions

Step 1
Separate the wings into Drums and flats.
Step 2
Place on kitchen paper, using more kitchen paper pat the chicken until dry.
Step 3
Add the chicken to a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper, turn the chicken over and repeat. Allow to sit for 10 minutes, this will draw out the moisture from the chicken skin which will make them crispier. After 10 minutes using kitchen paper pat dry again.
Step 4
And in all the ingredients and then add in the vegetable oil. Mix everything together and ensure all sides of the wings are coated in the oil and spices. Leave to marinate for a minimum of two hours, for best results leave overnight.
Step 5
Preheat the over to 180degrees.

Step 6
Place wings on to a tray with a wire rack and cook for 20 minutes turning after 10mins. Increase the heat to 200 degrees and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Remove and plate
Step 8
Lick you’re lips and enjoy
