1 cupwater
spring onion
½ tablespoonCorn starch
plus 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Step 1
For the dough:

Mix together all purpose flour and salt
Step 3
Add cold butter, crumble with hands until it looks like breadcrumbs

Add cold water
Step 5
Mix just until combined. Do not overmix

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate

* Cut up chicken breast into chunks and blend in food processor.
Step 8
* In a pan add oil and heat until slightly hot then add onions, fry until translucent.

Add ground beef and blended chicken.
Step 10
* Season with salt, seasoning powder, garlic powder or seasoning of choice.

* Mix until well combined and fry for 5 mins or until no longer pink.

* Add diced potatoes, carrots and bell peppers.
Step 13
* Mix until well combined then add water and allow to simmer in low heat for about 8 minutes.

* Add corn flour slurry

* Mix until filling is thick. Turn off heat then add spring onions. Set aside to cool.

* Roll out dough with ½ inch thickness and cut into desired shape.

* Add cooled filling and seal edges with a fork.

* Brush the top of the pie lightly with egg wash

* With a fork, poke holes on the top of the pie and place in a pre-heated oven.
Step 20
* Bake for 30 minutes at 350⁰F or 175⁰C
