Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion and garlic. Fry them in a pot for a few minutes, then add ham rolled salami (you can slice it or chop it, depends on you).
Step 2
In a meanwhile, slice your bell peppers and cherry tomatoes (if you don´t have cherry tomatoes, use the big ones). Add them into the pot with the seasoning and let the mixture steam for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add eggs and wait until the mixture is solid.
