Instructions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti as per pack instructions.
Step 2
Once cooked leave in the pan and do not drainn
Step 3
Add the prawns to a bowl along with 2 tbsp of Olive oil, garlic granules, paprika, chilli powder and tomato paste and mix well, and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add 3 tbsp of Olive oil to a deep sauté or frying pan and heat.
Step 5
Add in the chopped chilli and stir to flavour the oil.
Step 6
After 2 minutes add in the sliced Garlic and stir for one minute.
Step 7
Now add in the large king prawns and keep stirring until they are cooked ( when they have turned all pink)
Step 8
Next, add in the smaller cooked prawns and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 9
Using tongs add in the spaghetti straight from the pot without draining (you need the pasta water )and mix well with the prawns, use some of the spaghetti to clean out the bowl that the prawns were marinating in and add back to the pan, and keep tossing the pasta and prawns together.
Step 10
Plate up and serve, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
