i have been loving this as a snack. As fall is right around the corner I seem to want heart warming foods. This does just that!

Instructions

Step 1
Wash your sweets potato and poke holes with a fork.
Step 2
Then, microwave your sweet potato on the potato setting or for 6-8 minutes. (Depending on the size)

Once it’s fully cooked cut in half. Spread your almond butter half and half.
Step 4
Spread your yogurt
Step 5
Top with bananas, cinnamon, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.
Step 6
Enjoy!
