room temp

0.5vanilla extract

0.5Lemon zest
Juice

¾ cPowdered Sugar
Bakery Croissants
1 cPuréed Raspberries

2Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Step 1
(OPTIONAL) Slice croissants in half and toast 375 for 3 mins then cook for about 5
Step 2
Whip room temp cream cheese until smooth & combine vanilla extract, lemon juice & powdered sugar. Give it all a mix.
Step 3
In a blender add strawberries, lemon zest, & basil. Pulse to liking. When be sure to add puree to cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
Pipe cream cheese onto croissant. Close croissant afterwards.
Step 5
Lightly butter top of croissants followed by sprinkles of almond halves on top
Step 6
(OPTIONAL) sift 1T of powder sugar on top of croissant and enjoy !
