Ingredients
4 servings
2 ½ cupsall purpose flour
1 pkgrapid rise yeast
¼ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 tablespoonoregano
2 Tbspolive oil
1 cupwater
warm
shredded mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
optional
black olives
optional
1Roma tomatoes
thin, Sliced, optional
8 ozcan of tomato sauce
½ Tbspgarlic powder
2 TbspItalian seasoning

2 Tbsporegano
approximately
Instructions
Pizza Dough
Step 1
Add to mixing bowl: flour, yeast, salt and seasonings. Mix together for 30 seconds
Step 2
Add olive oil and mix in slowly.
Step 3
Add warm water slowly to the mixing bowl as it’s running.
Step 4
Add more water or flour 1/2 teaspoon at a time to make the dough the right consistency. It should be forming a nice ball if it’s the right consistency. Not too sticky, not too dry.
Step 5
Oil a medium/large glass bowl and set dough inside. Cover with plastic wrap - spray the side that will touch the dough with no stick spray. Cover with a kitchen towel and set in the microwave (or warm place) and let the dough rise.
Step 6
Let dough rise for at least 1 hour or until it’s filled the bowl.
Pizza sauce
Step 7
In a small bowl put in the tomato sauce, and seasonings. Mix to combine. Add more oregano or Italian seasoning to taste.
Let’s build pizza
Step 8
Flour the surface you are going to roll the dough out on. Roll and turn until the desired size is reached.
Step 9
Place dough onto parchment lined pizza pan. Pull and Fold over the edges of the crust.
Step 10
Spread the sauce out on the dough add cheese and toppings
Step 11
Preheat oven to 475-480 degrees F Keep an eye on it as it will cook quickly.
