Instructions
Parmesan biscuit:
Step 1
Pre heat oven at 180C
Step 2
Mix flour with parmesan and the butter
Step 3
Add egg and knead until all combined. Set aside for 1h
Step 4
Dust the workplan with flour and with a rolling pin, spread the dough. Add flour if needed

Cut the dough in small round circles and place them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper.

cook in the oven for 10 to 12 min
Cauliflower/chickpea filling:
Step 7
Wash the cauliflower and cut off the florets, cook them in salted boiling water for 7 min.
Step 8
drain the cauliflower, rinse with cooled water and drain again, set aside.
Step 9
Rinse the chickpeas and drain.
Step 10
Blend the cauliflower and chickpea in a blender
Step 11
add the lemon juice, salt and black pepper
Assembly:
Step 12
lay one biscuit, spread the humous, then place another biscuit on the top, repeat until you have 3 layers.
