Instructions
Step 1
Heat up butter and margarine. Cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Once butter and margarine has cooled down. Beat sugar, egg, TBM and vanilla together with balloon whisk in medium-high speed (4) for 10-15minutes.
Step 3
Prepare tin with margarine and flour.
Step 4
Sieve in flour gradually to egg-sugar batter while folding the batter.
Step 5
Gradually fold in margarine-butter mixture.
Step 6
Mix cocoa with a tbsp of batter and combine.
Step 7
Put sponge batter in tin and swirl cocoa batter on top.
Step 8
Bake in 180C for 25 minutes.
Middle rack, bottom heat, 20 minutes. Bottom rack, upper heat, 5 minutes.
