Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 170°C and line an oven proof dish.
Step 2
Cut chilli in half, deseed and finely slice. Add half to a mixing bowl and 1.5 teapoons of sesame seeds. Set aside remaining chilli and sesame seeds for garnish.
Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix.
Step 4
Add chicken thighs and coat well.
Step 5
Bake chicken in the oven for 50 minutes.
