Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F.
Line cookie pan with parchment paper. Blend oil, honey, oats, and spices. Spread in even layer onto cookie pan.
Bake 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Mix coconut and sunflower seeds in for final 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix in fruit.
