¼ cupunsalted butter
1 cupbread crumbs
1 Tbspdried parsley
1 Tbspdried basil
¼ tspgarlic powder
1 Tbsplime zest
1 Tbsplime juice
1 tspold bay seasoning

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place salmon on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning.

In a large skillet, melt butter on medium heat. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, basil, and garlic and add to skillet, along with lime zest, lime juice, and Old Bay Seasoning.

Cook while stirring 6 to 8 minutes or until crunchy. Press bread crumb mixture onto salmon fillets to coat.

Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Mix cream, sour cream, chives, basil, parsley, pepper, and lemon juice until well blended. Serve with the salmon.
