Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add the bulgur and double the volume of the bulgur in boiling water. Stir and cover for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the herbs very finely. As for the tomato, get rid of the pulp in the middle and cut it into small cubes. Add everything to a bowl
Step 3
In a separate container, mix the olive oil and lemon juice to make your dressing. Finally add that to the bowl as well as the bulgur. Enjoy!
