To Marinate Tofu
To make peanut sauce
Instructions
Tofu Satay
Step 1
Marinate the tofu and leave to chill for at least 30 minutes
Step 2
Cook the tofu in a saucepan until golden brown
Step 3
Add the vegetables in a serving plate
Step 4
Plate cooked tofu
Step 5
Sprinkle on some sesame seeds
To make peanut dressing
Step 6
Blend All the dressing ingredients together and leave some texture
Step 7
Give it a taste and add more seasoning if need
