Ingredients

1 cupwater

¾ tspvegetable bouillon
¼ cupdry steel-cut oats

3 tspsesame oil
divided

2eggs

1 tsphot sauce

¼ cupradish kimchi

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and add bouillon (or use whatever broth you have available). Stir to combine.


Step 2
Add oats and cook to package directions (I use Trader Joe’s quick steel cut oats so this is 5-7 min) stirring regularly.
Step 3
Add 2 tsp of sesame oil to a hot pan and bring to temp. Add eggs and fry covering halfway through to cook the top of the white.

Step 4
Mix hot sauce and remaining sesame oil into oats and serve topped with fried eggs, kkakdugi and seasonings to taste.
