Instructions
Step 1
Season ribs with dry barbecue rub
Step 2
Place ribs in slow cooker, standing up, with the meatier side facing the inner wall.
Step 3
Pour barbecue sauce over top of ribs, making sure the sauce covers both sides.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours, or until the ribs are very tender and the meat easily comes off the bone.
Step 5
To serve, gently move the ribs to a larger platter or baking sheet and spoon some of the cooking juices all over the rack.
