Double Rib Sous Vide Pork Chop
For the brine, I used salt, sugar, water, black peppercorns, rosemary, and thyme.

Instructions
Step 1
For 2-3" pork chops, brine over night.
Step 2
Remove from brine and sous vide at 132/6-8.
Step 3
Pat dry, and mayo and seasoning, sear, and follow with a quick butter, fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme butter baste.
