3boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cupbuttermilk

1 tablespoongarlic powder

1 tablespoonblack pepper

½ tablespoonsalt

1 packbrioche buns

pickles

oil for frying

2 cupsflour
flour mixture

½ cupcorn starch

2 tablespoongarlic powder

2 tablespoononion powder

2 tablespooncayenne pepper

2 tablespooncajun seasoning

2 tablespoonsalt

sauce

1 cupmayo

1 ½ teaspoonscayenne pepper

¼ teaspoonsonion powder

garlic powder

salt

chicken seasoning

1 tablespoonpickle juice
Instructions
Step 1
Season your chicken with first set of seasonings. Next put your chicken in buttermilk. Let sit for 5 minutes. Next mix together your flour and seasonings. Shake most of the buttermilk off your chicken and place in flour mixture.
Step 2
Next Fry your chicken breast in oil for 8-10 minutes. Now make your sauce and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Take out your chicken and drain.
Step 3
Toast your buns add your sauce now put your pickles on the bottom bun place your chicken on top of the pickles. Top your sandwich with bun and Enjoy!!!!!
