Step 1
-Place the cubed watermelon and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl then slice the radishes over the top using a mandoline on a very thin setting. You can slice them by hand if you dont have a mandoline, just try to be as consistent as possible.
-Sprinkle the freshly torn basil on top then season with the salt, pepper and chili flake and toss well to coat.
-Finish with the crumbled feta and serve!
