Step 1
Begin by slicing 1/5 of an onion and chopping green onions.
Step 2
Dice up your kimchi strips and save 3 Tbsp of kimchi juice from your batch/container.
Step 3
Slice your bacon strips.
Step 4
Turn on your pan to medium heat and drizzle 2 Tbsps of oil on the pan. Toss the bacon strips and let it cook.

Once the bacon is 80% cooked, add the chopped veggies and kimchi.
Step 6
Next, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce.
Step 7
Once all the ingredients are mixed, add your cooked rice.
Step 8
Mix well and then add the kimchi juice from earlier.
Step 9
Flatten the rice onto pan, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and roasted seaweed flakes.
Step 10
Top it off with a fried egg and enjoy!
