Apple baby pancakes

Save this for later!⁠⬇️⁠ Sometimes it’s hard to take a moment to sit and enjoy a meal together as a family. Life gets so busy and it can turn into a rush to ⁠get everyone fed! These pancakes can be helpful to make ahead of time and freeze for later! ⁠ You can quickly reheat in a pan for a minute or two or in the microwave for ~30 seconds. ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠Ingredients:⁠ -2 tablespoons applesauce (no sugar added) or shredded apple⁠ -1 egg⁠ -2 tablespoons flour ( oat is preferred or any other flour you have)⁠ -1 tablespoon water⁠ -A pinch cinnamon ⁠ Directions:⁠ 1.Mix all the ingredients together using a whisk or fork, you can also use a blender or mixer.⁠ 2.Grease a non-stick frying pan with a couple drops of olive oil or coconut oil.⁠ 3.Once the pan is heated, pour in the batter.⁠ When the bottom side starts to brown (1-2 minutes), flip it around and cook the other side (1-2 minutes).⁠ Note: The pancakes should be fluffy, but slightly crispy on the outside, like an omelette.⁠ ⁠ Storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day but it is tastier if eaten right away.⁠ ⁠ Suitable for: 6 months + as long as allergens (eggs and gluten) have been introduced.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ If you are wanting more BLW meal inspiration and recipes for the whole family download the BLW Meals App📲 using the link in bio.
