Ingredients
4 servings
16 ozrib-eye
thinly sliced
1red bell pepper
sliced
1yellow bell pepper
sliced
1green bell pepper
sliced
1yellow onion
sliced
1 handfulbroccoli and carrot mix
4cloves garlic
finely chopped
1 TbspFresh ginger
finely chopped
1 Tbspsoy sauce
2 tsphoisin
1 tspfish sauce
1 tspoyster sauce
½ tspsesame oil
1 Tbspunsalted butter
14 ozStir fry noodles
whole pack, ka-Me brand
montreal steak seasoning
1 Tbspoil
red pepper flakes
to taste
cayenne pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Over high heat , using a large skillet add the oil once the pan is hot
Step 2
Once the oil is hot add the thinly sliced rib-eye and toss/stir . Season with montreal steak seasoning ( or salt & pepper)
Step 3
Once they’ve brown remove and set the side
Step 4
Using the same pan over high heat . Add the peppers , toss/stir ; season w/ montreal steak seasoning , then add the onion, toss/stir and season with montreal steak seasoning . The broccoli mix and do the same
Step 5
Lower heat to medium; add ginger & garlic toss/stir . Once fragrant remove to the side
Step 6
Use same pan over medium heat add the butter; once melted add the noodles and toss/stir . Careful to no break the noodles up too much !
Step 7
Add back the veggies and toss/mix ; add the beef toss/stir . Then add all the sauces listed and yes toss/stir again 😂
Step 8
Finish off with the red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper. Then serve and enjoy!
