Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes. Take a large deep plate and place the bread slices in it. Now grate the potatoes onto the bread slices. if the bread gets too soggy add another slice.
Step 2
Mix and strain the bread and potatoes together with your hands. The result should be malleable but not runny.

Add the minced meat in a large bowl. Add the parsley, mint baking powder, salt, pepper and other spices

Drain the halloumi, grate it and add it to the bowl

Grate the onions and add to the bowl

Beat the eggs well and add to the bowl

Add the olive oil
Step 8
Add Breadcrumbs (to absorb excess liquids if needed)

Mix everything with your hands until a solid mixture is created

Freeze overnight in the fridge

Place a layer of flour in a plate. From the mixture, make meatballs (or palm-length oblong cylinders) and roll them in flour until they are covered in a thin layer.
Step 12
Heat up to boil, enough sunflower oil in a large frying pan to submerge the meatballs.
Step 13
Fry 5-7 meatballs per batch (spaced evenly and adequately).

Serve with chips, tzatziki, salad, rice, bread, yogurt.
