Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Instructions

Step 1
Set out yogurt, sticks of butter and margarine to warm/ soften.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°. Set paper muffin cups into muffin tins.
Step 3
Stir yogurt (or 1/2 cup sour cream) and baking soda together, in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Cream butter, margarine, and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Beat in yogurt/sour cream mixture.
Step 5
Stir in remaining ingredients, in order. (I use 3-5 ripe bananas, depending on what I have on hand. More is better!)
Step 6
Note: For someone who doesn't like a lot of sweet, bananas with cinnamon chips make the perfect combo. Others in my family love when those chocolate chips get added in!
Step 7
Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until just golden around the edges.
