Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Combine bananas, butter, olive oil, salt, egg, vanilla, white and brown sugar into large mixing bowl
Step 3
Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda into mixing bowl and combine.
Step 4
Mix in chocolate chips. Add mixture to a greased muffin tin.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes.
