Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350

Brush a tablespoon of olive oil onto the bread on each side. Place bread in oven for 5 minutes

Cut up the bell pepper into small pieces. Saute on the stove with the remaining olive oil

Take bread out of oven and add pesto and cheese

Evenly distribute turkey deli meat (or you can use shredded chicken)

Add Spinach and Enjoy!
