Step 1
Cut chicken in 4ths and cook in skillet on medium with onion, garlic, water and seasonings and olive oil. Once fully cooked dwglaze pan with some broth once deglazed combine beans, tomatoes and broth and simmer for a hour on low. Put in containers cool in fridge and freeze once funny cooled off. (Freezing the day after builds flavor)
