Lectin-Free, Lower-carb (5 net g carbs per serving) Broccoli Salad (great for holiday meals!)
Delicious broccoli salad, but to achieve certain goals, I changed it up a bit. Lectin-free was a factor, as well as lower carb cooking.

finely chopped, stems included
½ cupred onion
chopped
3 slicesbacon
cooked and finely chopped/crumbled, I use uncured turkey bacon
½ cuppecans chopped
raw
½ cupdried cranberries
chopped unsweetened
½ cupmayonnaise
organic, or homemade
2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
⅛ tspwater
I use monkfruit powder, which has no calories or carbs - you could use stevia or sugar or whatever sweetener you choose, or use no sweetener
