Kung Pao Chicken with peanuts, peppers and rice

Setup
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes

Cut the peppers
Step 3
Chop the ginger and green onions
Cook the rice
Step 4
Put the rice and 3 cups of water into a pot. Turn burner to high, and set a timer for 18 minutes. When it starts to boil, turn the burner down to low.
Cook the chicken

Mix the chicken with 30ml of soy sauce and the corn starch
Step 6
In a pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of oil.
Step 7
Cook the chicken pieces for 4 minutes, until cooked through
Step 8
Add the peppers, cook for 2 minutes.
Mix the sauce

In a bowl, mix the rest of the soy sauce, housing sauce, ginger, broth cube, and 80ml of water.
Assemble
Step 10
In the pan with the chicken and peppers, add the sauce. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat.

Add peanuts and dried chilis, mix well.
Plate your dish
Step 12
Serve Kung pao chicken with rice. Garnish with green onions.
