The sugar can probably be reduced 1/4 to 1/2 a cup if you don’t want it too sweet.

Step 1
Prepare 2 loaf pans by coating with oil or butter. Preheat oven to 325.
Add everything together and mix just enough to get consistency.
Pour evenly into pans and bake for 60-65 minutes. Check with a tooth pick and adjust time.
