Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180C.

Step 2

Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.

Step 3

Add a tsp of jam to the centre and fold into an envelope.

Step 4

Cut out a mini heart and add to the centre.

Step 5

Crack an egg in a bowl and whisk. Brush pastries with this egg wash thoroughly.

Step 6

Bake at 180C for 15 minutes/until golden.

Step 7

Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
