Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add well-beaten eggs.
Step 2
Stir in molasses and soda. Sift in flour and add spices then add alternatively with sour cream or buttermilk to butter mixtures.
Step 3
Blend well. Pour into greased oblong cake plan.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour.
