Prep
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat baking dish lightly with cooking spray


Step 2
Melt 1 tbsp of butter

Step 3
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in bowl



Main
Step 4
Dip chicken breast in butter, then dredge through breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place in baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 tbsp of butter






Step 5
Bake 25 minutes



Step 6
Remove from oven, coat with marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese



Step 7
Bake additional 5 minutes (until cheese is melted)


Step 8
Remove from oven and cover with foil for at least 5 minutes to let juices soak in before serving
