Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with Apples. I used a small sharp knife and a teaspoon to make holes in my Apples.
Step 2
Chop Pecans or Walnuts. You can use Food Processor for this task.
Step 3
Now fill the Apples with Layers of Chopped Nuts and Raisins. Finish with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Honey.
Step 4
Top the Stuffing with a pat of Unsalted Butter.
Step 5
Put the Apples into a Baking Dish and transfer them to the Oven.
Step 6
Bake at 375F (190C) for 30-45 minutes or until the Apples are cooked through and soft but not mushy.
Step 7
Add Vanilla Ice Cream Topping right before serving.
