Ingredients

1.5 poundspork tenderloin
0.5juice of lemon
¼ cuporange juice
2 teaspoonsgarlic
minced
1 teaspoonItalian seasoning blend
if not blend 1/4 teaspoon each dried basil or rosemary
thyme
oregano
parsley
¼ cupolive oil
½ teaspoonpink himalayan salt
⅛ teaspoonblack pepper
2 teaspoonsDijon mustard
or HoneyCup Mustard
2 teaspoonshoney
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate before cooking for a couple of hours. Blend together with hand or a food processor all the ingredients until creamy smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use or use right away
Step 2
2-4 hours before cooking, place the tenderloin in a bowl with marinade. Stir to evenly coat. Cover and place in the fridge. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium high.

If grilling preheat grill to medium
Step 4
If using the skillet, preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Step 5
Remove the pork and discard marinade. Lightly oil the grill grate or a heavy skillet and place the pork on the grill or in the skillet. For the grill, cook for 4 minutes or so a side, turning three times, until pork is cooked to your liking.
Step 6
For the skillet, cook each side for about 3 minutes, flipping 2-3 times, then place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until pork is cooked to your liking. Serve with Magic Cilantro Sauce. Enjoy! Makes 4 servings
