Instructions

Step 1
1. Pour beer in stockpot, around 6-9 vans depending on how many brats you're cooking.

2. Boil the beer, being careful to not overflow the pot! Once it's boiling, add brats.

3. Boil for about an hour, until they float.
Step 4
4. Grill brats to give the casing a nice texture.
